Porcelain Tile comes in a variety of beautiful sizes and colors for residential and commercial floors. However, sometimes these tiles get stained, and they get dirty when you have a lot of people walking over them.   • First things first sweep or vacuum the dirt on floor
  • Saturate the floor with a neutral cleaning solution use hot water distribute and let the solution sit on the floor 5 to 10 minutes making sure you dont let the solution dry.porcelain-floors
  • For more stubborn stains use a scrub brush and scrub the solution on small areas of the floors until you loosen the stain .
  • Wipe away the dirty solution on the floor, we use a mop pole with a microfiber rag on the end to do this.
  • Then rinse the floor with a clean mop or you can use a wet vacuum if you choose.

  • Do not use ammonia to clean porcelain tile or cleaners that contain bleach it will definitely alter the color of your floor.
  • Do not cleaners that are oil based
  • Do not use steel or wool pads to clean your floors, this could cause rust stains in the grout
